Goldie and Bryan turn back the clock

They say you're as old as you feel, and for Goldie Hawn and Bryan Ferry that clearly means several decades younger. The gorgeous American actress and Roxy Music frontman were both pictured looking in fabulous shape this week and still sexy as ever in their 60s.

Goldie, who turns 61 next month, was in typically youthful mode over the weekend as she joined partner Kurt Russell for a cycle ride near their home in Pacific Palisades California. Dressed in shorts and black top, she cut a trim figure as she worked out in the autumn sunshine.

The Overboard star, who became a grandmother in 2004 after daughter Kate Hudson gave birth to son Ryder, is famous for her perenial allure. And, refreshingly, she doesn't fret about getting older. "It's inevitable," she told a US mag last year. "So in its inevitability, I feel great. If I want to be happy, what's the point of looking at things you can't control."

Another well-known face who has made turning 60 look easy is Bryan Ferry. The singer, once labelled the "coolest living Englishman", has been unveiled as the new face of Marks & Spencer's autumn advertising campaign.

The suave rock and roll veteran, whose floppy-haired charm belies his years, wears the clothing chain's upmarket Autograph range of shirts and suits in the ads - shot by famed snapper David Bailey. It's hardly a surprising career development for the dapper man-about-town, who often heads up the lists of best-dressed Brits.

Like Goldie, the dad of four seems similarly unconcerned about the passing of the years. "I have all my own hair and teeth, which helps," he recently joked.
