But she's not letting it get her down. The blonde singer let her new tattoo do the talking as she was photographed out and about in London this week. The reminder to stay positive is particularly meaningful for Sarah at the moment after what she's been through. After splitting with her DJ fiancé Tom Crane and entering rehab to battle alcohol and depression issues, there was more trouble ahead. A new romance with Dutchman Theo De Vries turned sour, ending in a fight on New Year's Eve in their hotel room in Austria. The pair, who met in rehab, don't coincide on the other's version of events. Sarah told police the salesman attacked her after she decided to end their relationship. VIEW GALLERY Theo says she was the one who started the fight and he was injured while trying to restrain her. Pictures of the 30-year-old in The Sun looking tired and drawn, and displaying the bruises she sustained in the fight couldn't be more different than the snaps of her this week. Sarah looked relaxed and happy as she left a spa after a four-hour appointment.
