Fifteen years have gone by since Titantic, the romance that catupulted her to stardom, but Kate Winslet looked fresher and more confident than as ever at the film's 3D re-issue. What had changed, however, was her leading man.

Since Leonardo DiCaprio – who played her character's love interest, Jack – was unable to attend, the English rose was accompanied by her beau Ned Rocknroll. Kate and Ned – who is Richard Branson 's nephew – have been inseparable since meeting on Necker Island, his uncle's idyllic hideaway, last summer. Despite her polished appearance, the actress, now a mother of two from previous relationships, revealed that she had reservations about watching her love scenes again.

Asked how she would feel about seeing herself naked on the big screen, the 36-year-old said: "Terrible, wouldn't you?". "I'm not going to look, I'll be in the bar by that point." She added that looking back at her younger self would be "weird".

"It is like being forced to go through a photo album of your former self for three and a half hours solidly." "It's quite strange but the film is still wonderful and it looks incredible." Celebrity transformations: See how Kate has changed over the years
