The Olympic swimmer sat down with Kate Garraway following her stay in the jungle, and addressed the speculation about her health after she was exempt from a few of the jungle trials.
"I'm absolutely fine — every single person went through it. Mo was excluded from a few, David, Matthew, myself. I didn't know what the trials were, I had no control over them, all you get told is… you do the medical at the start and you can't do them.
"But it's definitely nothing serious, and nothing to worry about. Don't panic — and I am definitely not pregnant. I wouldn't be going into the jungle if I was!"
The 24-year-old also revealed the first thing she did when she left the jungle. "My first thing was that I wanted a coffee, and as soon as I had my coffee I then went for the hot hot shower — the simple thing you miss in life!"
Rebecca also opened up on her insecurities, which were highlighted while in the camp.
"I think it's part of being a women," said the athlete, who was left in tears after admitting that seeing beauty queen Amy Willerton in a bikini made her feel insecure about her body.
"…Everyone is insecure about things and it's something that has definitely been a bit of struggle for myself.
"I know I'm not the prettiest of people so of course I'm going to be insecure, and especially when people comment on things and it just happened that a topic came up about it, and it does make me sad, it does get to me, it does obviously bother me so I couldn't help but shed the tears unfortunately."
