McVities heir Jamie was accused of "a railway by-law offence of unacceptable behaviour" - reportedly proceeding to use his mobile phone in the 'quiet coach' of the train, despite staff's repeated requests for him to stop. He was then arrested after he refused to give his details to transport police.

"The man was taken off the train by officers and taken to a police station in Peterborough to be interviewed," said the statement, which confirmed the incident took place on the 15.05 Leeds to London King's Cross service on Sunday.
