The Saturdays have decided to take a break as a five-piece. Mollie King, Una Foden and Vanessa White are ready to spread their wings and focus on their solo careers, and have already been hard at work in separate studios making their own records, according to reports.
The girls are each going for a very different sound. Mum-of-two Una, 33, is working on an acoustic, country sound using his guitar and song writing skills, the Mirror reports, while 27-year-old Mollie's music has an Eighties vibe, influenced by pop princess Kylie Minogue.

The band's youngest member Vanessa, 25, is going down the R&B route, inspired by Rihanna, and is looking for edgy tracks to help showcase her vocal range.
Fans of The Saturdays needn't worry; the girls are still signed to Polydor and are just taking time out from making music as a group. Rochelle Humes will continue to work on her blossoming TV career, while Frankie Bridge is preparing to welcome her second child with husband Wayne Bridge.
"Una, Mollie and Vanessa are all really excited and a bit nervous about releasing their solo material but it's been a long time in the pipeline," a source told the newspaper.

"The girls are still a band, but they're all happy to work on their own solo projects. It means there's no animosity or frustration between them – it's a set-up which works really well."
It's an exciting time for all the girls, not least Frankie - who couldn't have looked happier as she showed off her baby bump at an awards ceremony just last week. The 26-year-old cuddled up to husband Wayne who wrapped a protective arm around her waist as they made their way inside the BT Sport Industry Awards. The couple are already proud parents to son Parker, born October 2013, and are due to welcome their second baby in just a few months.
