With the summer weather finally on its way, Harper Beckham is making the most of the sunshine. Just a few days after sharing a photo of her learning to ride a bicycle, proud dad David Beckham has posted a picture of his daughter playing football.
Proving that it's not just her brothers who have inherited the Beckham footballing genes, Harper can be seen kicking the ball towards the goal.
"Mia Hamm eat your heart out," David jokingly captioned the snap, referring to retired American player Mia – who once held the record for most international goals of any male or female player in history. "Harper Seven taking lessons from her brothers (oh and her dad)."
On Sunday, David couldn't resist sharing a snap of his only daughter learning to ride a bike.
"Look at my big girl," he wrote on Instagram alongside a snap of Brooklyn Beckham helping Harper. "Day One - No stabilizers."
The arty black-and-white photo, which appears to have been take in a grassy area not far from the famous family's west London home, shows a focussed Harper wearing a safety helmet and gripping tightly onto the handlebars.
Dad David is clearly proud of his daughter's love of sport
Victoria Beckham recently opened up about her daughter's love of sport.
"Harper loves football," she said during a talk about her fashion label in New York. "It's like a dagger going into my heart! As much as she is girly, she's a tomboy as well."
The mum-of-four also revealed that she had previously thought she was expecting a fourth son when she found out she was pregnant again in 2010.
"I was told when I had my scan that I was having another boy at first," she said. "I felt so lucky to be pregnant, so whether Harper was going to be a boy or a girl I felt very blessed."
But there was a exciting news in store for the former Spice Girl and she later had the "lovely surprise" of hearing she was actually going to welcome a daughter.
