Brooklyn also shared the photo with his 3.9 million Instagram followers, writing: "Like father, like son."
The Beckhams appear to be making the most of their summer holidays in Los Angeles, and as well as going on hikes, they have also enjoyed family trips to SoulCycle spin classes and catching up with some of their famous friends.
As well as spending lots of time with his dad, Brooklyn has also been bonding with his little sister Harper, who turned four in July.
The brother-sister duo took part in a cooking session on Sunday, where they both learned to make pizza together.

Meanwhile Brooklyn's other siblings Romeo and Cruz haven't been left out – the doting big brother took his younger brothers to the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards in July where they all posed together on the red carpet and met members of the US women's football team.
