Is Laura Whitmore dating a Game of Thrones star?

Laura Whitmore has reportedly started up a new romance with former Game of Thrones star Richard Madden. The relationship is still in its early stages, but the couple have found they have "real chemistry" together, after been introduced by mutual friend Kit Harington.

"Laura knows the Game of Thrones cast well, especially Kit and got to know Richard through those connections," a source told the Sun. "She has been telling friends she is excited by the new romance. It's still early days but it is already clear they really like each other.

"Richard immediately felt a connection and think this could go somewhere, there's real chemistry between them. He has done much of the wooing but they're both keen."

Richard, 29, is best known for playing Robb Stark on the hit HBO series. His character was killed off during the infamous Red Wedding in season three in 2013, and he went on to star as Prince Charming in Disney's 2015 film Cinderella.

Away from the screen, he has been in an on-off relationship with Doctor Who star Jenna Coleman since 2012. The pair decided to split in April 2015 – but were said to have reunited again last August after being photographed out and about in London holding hands.

Irish presenter Laura, meanwhile, was in a relationship with Sunset Sons rocker Rory Williams until just recently. The couple started dating last summer but decided to call time on their romance a few weeks ago, amid claims Rory wanted to focus more on his music career.

Laura recently opened up to HELLO! about what she looks for in a man. "Someone who can make me laugh and with whom I can have fun," she told the magazine. "I love banter so someone who can keep me on my toes. I don’t mind having a few arguments.

"I’m not interested in big, over-the-top gestures but little things, like I’ll keep the ticket stubs from a gig I was at, or a T-shirt."
