Kirsty Gallacher and Danny Cipriani have reportedly called time on their six-month relationship. The couple are said to have struggled with their 12-year age gap, and ultimately decided to go their separate ways.
"Kirsty was devastated but agreed it was for the best," a source told the Sun. "She and Danny were intense for a while but it became difficult. It didn't help that he's younger and she has kids."

Danny, 28, and Kirsty, 40, are said to have started dating last summer, but they have only been pictured together in public once – at the ATP World Tennis Finals in London back in November. The pair had been friends for a number of years prior to their romance.
Kirsty split from her husband Paul Sampson in April 2014 after 15 years together and nearly four years of marriage. The former couple are parents to two boys, Oscar, who was born in 2006 and Jude, born in January 2010.
In an interview last year, Kirsty opened up about being on the dating scene. She told Essentials magazine: "I have dated this year and, after spending 15 years with just one person, it was interesting.

"It's fun and exciting, but I tried not to put any pressure on myself and I learned you should only do it if it's right. We'll see what happens next year – hopefully good things!"
The mum-of-two also said she'd be open to have more children in the future.
"We're all ten years younger these days, so 40 is the new 30," she said. "I'm feeling better in myself – personally, mentally, physically – than I’ve ever felt. I think late 30s are a good time for women – if you can think positively, it’s the best time of your life."
