Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have announced that they are expecting their first child together. Following rumours that the couple were expecting, the pair took to social media to confirm the news by sharing a custom emoji of Blac with her hand on a baby bump.

The baby will be reality show star Rob's first child and Blac's second, who already shares a 3-year-old son, King, with Rob's half-sister Kylie Jenner's current boyfriend, Tyga.

Although the Kardashian family have had their differences with Rob's lifestyle in the past, the family have put aside any ill-feeling to wish the couple well. A source confirmed to E! News that the Kardashian family are: "happy for Rob", while Kylie liked the couple's Instagram snap confirming the pregnancy and Tyga wrote "congratulations" on the post.

The source continued to say that the couple already know the gender of the baby, and plan to reveal it before the baby is born. They said: "They do know the sex of the baby and will reveal it soon enough."

They also reported on Blac's health into the pregnancy, suggesting that the 27-year-old has been suffering from morning sickness but is otherwise well. They said: "Chyna had a bit of morning sickness and felt pretty tired but is doing OK.

"Rob and Chyna will be getting one of the rooms in his house all ready for the baby. Chyna told King about his new sibling on the way. Tyga knows and gave Chyna and Rob healthy blessings. It's a happy time for the family."

The couple announced they were dating in January

Blac's attorney revealed that she is: "very happy and very excited" about the news.

The couple have had a whirlwind romance after revealing that they were engaged in April after dating for three months. The couple announced their engagement on Instagram, with Blac sharing a photo of the couple while she poses with a diamond ring on her finger, writing: "YES !...!...!"
