Wales midfielder Joe Ledley has been forced to postpone his wedding due to his team's success in the Euro 2016 tournament. The 29-year-old changed the date of his nuptials to fiancée Ruby May Ridgeway after the team reached the semi-finals of the tournament in France.
The couple were due to tie the knot on Saturday 9 July, but should Wales win their semi-final clash against Portugal, they would be due to play in the Euro finals on Sunday night.

"He's obviously booked it a long time ago, before qualifying," Joe's teammate Gareth Bale told reporters about the wedding. "These things do happen to pop up. The boys are fully focused on the task in hand and I'm sure they'll re-organise stuff."
Joe and Ruby, who have two young daughters together, will now reschedule their big day for after the tournament.
Despite the late changes to their special day, Ruby doesn't seem to be too disheartened. The mum-of-two has been showing her support to Joe and his teammates on Twitter, and appeared to be overjoyed when they made it through to the quarter-finals.
Wales have defied expectations to reach the Euro 2016 quarter finals
"OUTSTANDING from every single player, this is a dream!!" she tweeted after the team beat Belgium.
The following day she added: "Can't quite believe what happened last night. I think I'm still in a state of shock!"
Joe is not the only Wales player forced to change some important plans following the team's incredible success in the tournament; his teammate Chris Gunter will miss his brother's wedding at the end of the week and will fulfil his best man duties over Skype.
