Kimberly Wyatt has a secret weapon when it comes to keeping her domestic life in shape - her "clean freak" husband Max Rogers!

Best known for being one sixth of the Pussycat Dolls, these days Kimberly's life is split between trying to juggle her successful multi-faceted career with family life.

The 34-year-old, who gave birth to daughter Willow in 2014, has confessed her husband Max has been her pillar of support as she made the transition from a singing sensation to a domestic goddess.

In an exclusive interview with HELLO! Online, the American star explained: "My husband is my saving grace. Anytime I need him, he absolutely loves doting on me. He kind of enjoys it when I'm ill as it's the one time I get to sit down and he gets to take over, taking care of all of our needs."

Since marrying her British model partner in 2014, the American star has been living in the UK while her family are based thousands of miles across the Atlantic.

Kimberly has been lucky to call on her friends, including Davina McCall, for any extra help or for any advice on motherhood.

"Davina has been an incredible inspiration, she is a fantastic mother in her own right," she revealed. "She's got a lovely family and a real balance with her family life and career that I really aspire to.”

And the MasterChef winner says "time management" has become absolutely key since she gave birth to her daughter Willow.

"Having a schedule is amazing, everything is sort of down to the hour and that just saves me from guessing what comes next," she explained. "I know when I go to bed the night before that I know what I've got, if I've got work to do or if it's a mummy focused day. Whatever it is, I have the timing down properly and that has been a saving grace since becoming a mother."

But thankfully for Kimberly, when it comes to doing daily house chores, the mother-of-one has a secret weapon.

"I am lucky to have an amazing clean freak of a husband, so he enjoys making the house perfectly tidy," she teased. "We do split them but the bathroom is something I usually get the short end of the stick. But I'll take that for his amazing cleanliness.

"The kitchen is my territory," she goes on. "I'll do the mopping, the sweeping and clean the dishes. He [Max] usually does a lot of the dusting and vacuuming. We share the making the bed and the tidying. Nappy changing is also something we both do.

"I don’t like cleaning toilets!" she added, laughing. "Who does? I hate getting on my hands and knees and scrubbing toilets but it's got to be done."

Even daughter Willow gets involved with the household tasks, she admitted: "She's also fantastic at taking rubbish to the bin, that's definitely her chore. She likes to feel like she's doing all the things that we are doing."

With her own domestic chores in hand, Kimberly's most recent project has been to lend a helping hand to a fellow female in need, as part of a campaign with Vodafone UK who have removed home line rental charges for their Unlimited Fibre Home Broadband package.

The singer and dancer came to the aid of fan Sarah Ward, 34, from Tooting, who had Tweeted the phone giant to explain how chores around the home, and in particular cooking, had become an extra burden due to a painful foot injury.

Kimberly surprised the astounded nurse at her home and took charge of her kitchen for the day to let Sarah get a well-needed break from her housework.

"I took over the hassle of making an amazing lunch for her so I bought my really yummy barbeque grub and some rosemary from my garden. I just made her a really lovely meal and gave her the chance to put her feet up and relax," Kimberly said.

With the help of Kimberly Wyatt, Vodafone have been helping fans break free from their household hassles to celebrate the removal of home line rental charges for their Unlimited Fibre Home Broadband package. Find out more here or join the conversation @VodafoneUK using #BreakFree.
