Tamara Ecclestone is set to open up her home to viewers in new ITVBe reality series Tamara's World, which airs on Wednesday night. Ahead of the first show, the heiress appeared on Loose Women, where she sat down to chat to the panel; Christine Lampard, Linda Robson, Janet Street-Porter and Stacey Solomon. The mother-of-one admitted that it was a "big decision" for her and husband Jay Rutland to appear in front of the cameras in everyday life, but described it as the "nicest, fanciest home video". She said: "It was a big decision, and having a toddler you really have to think about it. But she loved the process. She was the star of the show."

Tamara appeared on Loose Women to talk about her new show - Tamara's World

Discussing three-year-old Sophia - who in a preview clip of the show is seen being surprised with a pink ball pool – Christine said: "I want to come back in life as Sophia." Janet then quizzed Tamara whether she was worried that Sophia would one day look back at the show and ask why her mum had put her life on display. Tamara replied: "She will probably say why did you cut my hair like that, and why did you dress me like that. I feel I have made the right decision for her, but when she is old enough to make her own decisions then I will 100 per cent never push her to do something she didn’t want to do."

The doting mum defended her decision to let Sophia appear on her reality show

She added: "If she was a shy child I would never have put her in that situation. But she is so mature for her age, and so mature, that I didn’t see a downside of it. But I am so proud of her, I can't help but share her." Tamara - who has no help when it comes to looking after daughter Sophia but admitted to not cleaning the house – also clarified that she didn’t have 50 members of staff helping her out. "I think 50 is a small exaggeration," she said.
