Celebrity birthdays March 16: Theo Walcott, Jerome Flynn, Alexandra Daddario

We're wishing many happy returns to these stars!

Once again we're wishing our favourite celebrities a very happy birthday! The 16th March sees everyone from football superstars to Game of Thrones actors celebrating their big days, and we can't wait to find out how they'll mark the occasion. In the meantime, let's take a look at which stars will be blowing out candles on their birthday cakes, and what they've been up to in the lead up to their special day. Starting with…

Theo Walcott turns 29

A very happy birthday to the Everton player! Theo shares two children, Finley and Arlo, with his wife Melanie – and although we're sure the footballer will receive plenty of great presents, nothing can compare to his gift in 2016, when Melanie told him she was pregnant with their second child! Speaking to HELLO!, Melanie said: "The timing was so special, the fact that it was his birthday. I knew it was the best present he could have wished for. Theo's a real family man and an amazing dad. He and Finley have so much fun together and he can't wait for their new little playmate to arrive now so they can join in the mischief, too."

Jerome Flynn turns 55

Will Jerome be celebrating his 55th birthday on the Game of Thrones set? The actor, who plays Bronn in the show, recently described the atmosphere on the set as "bittersweet" as the cast films the final ever season of the popular series in Belfast. Speaking to TalkRadio, he said: "There's a celebration of look what we created here, and trying to enjoy every minute while it's still there."

Alexandra Daddario turns 32

Alexandra has had an amazing year! The Percy Jackson actress has appeared in starring roles in Baywatch and the Netflix film When We First Met, and also has films including We Have Always Lived in the Castle, Nomis and I Am Not a Bird in production – so it looks like she'll hardly have time to celebrate her special day!
