On 4 June, three stars share a very special day! Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, singer Mollie King, and comedian Russell Brand all celebrate their birthday. To mark the special occasion, we are taking a closer look at the lives of these famous birthday girls and boy.
Angelina Jolie turns 43
A very happy birthday to Hollywood actress and humanitarian Angelina Jolie, who turns 43 today! The doting mum will likely be spending her special day with her six children – Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Speaking exclusively to HELLO! In Paris earlier this year, Angelina described her children as her "best friends". They travel the world with her on humanitarian trips, and often visit the UK. "I feel very at home in England," says Angelina. "I love to take the kids to Hamleys and to the parks. They love the parks." Angelina is currently in the UK filming Maleficent II, the sequel to her hit Disney film. Angelina's co-star, Elle Fanning, recently shared snaps of the two having fun on set.
Mollie King turns 31
Happy Birthday to Mollie King! The former Saturdays star has had a busy few months. After enjoying a trip to L.A. and San Francisco, which she described to her Instagram followers as one of her "dream destinations", Mollie has been working hard in her new role as Radio One presenter alongside co-host Matt Edmondson. At the end of May, Mollie helped cover Radio One's Biggest Weekend, where she met the cast of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, describing it as "the best moment of my life" on social media. On her birthday, the star took to Insta Stories to share her big day with her fans. "It's my birthday!" she said, before telling her followers that her front door had just rang, making her think something special was being delivered. She then explained her disappointment when it turned out to be a newspaper from the council. We hope the rest of the day brings Mollie some more special gifts!
Russell Brand turns 43
It's also Russell Brand's birthday! It has been a challenging year for the St Trinian's actor, whose mum Barbara was involved in a car accident that left her with life-threatening injuries. In a heartfelt tribute to the NHS, Russell has told of how his beloved mother was helped to recovery by the "dedicated" and "kind" NHS staff who looked after her. Taking to social media recently, Russell shared a sweet photo of him and his mum.
