The dazzling trio were attending a screening of Still Alice in New York. Julianne plays a professor diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease in the film, while Kristen Stewart, 24, and Kate Bosworth, 32, play her daughters.
Earlier in the week, Julianne won the Best Actress trophy for her role in the movie at the Golden Globes awards.
But she later admitted that she had some regrets regarding her acceptance speech. "I didn't stand up straight," she told Huffington Post.

"As I walked up to the stage, I was all hunched over."
Another criticism she had was that, while she thanked her family and the filmmakers, she forgot to namecheck her co-stars.
"Now I wish I had taken a deep breath and managed to get Kristen [Stewart]'s name out, for one thing, and Alec [Baldwin]'s," she said.

"Slowing down, I think, is the message."
The leading lady also admitted that she "didn't prepare much of anything" in terms of a speech.
"I also feel like it's bad juju. I'm oddly superstitious, too. You know, you feel it you're too prepared, you're asking for it."
