Kate's beauty look was just as striking as her outfit. The blonde star wore her long locks down in loose waves with a middle parting, teamed with minimal make-up save for a statement red lip.

The mother-of-two regularly wins praise for her toned figure, and has previously admitted that she works hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

"You have to eat right," she told Us Weekly. "Everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn't, it's just you have to work out."

"I wouldn't say [I work out] a lot, just consistently," she added. "People think for some reason you have to work out for two and a half hours, but it can be a little. It can be 20 minutes, it could be 40 minutes, but you have to get it in."

However, the Bride Wars star was quick to admit that she still indulges occasionally, and loves to eat a "real double double burger, fries and Coke".

The American actress also revealed that she believes it's a lack of consistency which stops people seeing results in their diet and exercise routines.

"You can't do like two weeks and go like two days and then take a week off and then do three days and then go, 'Why aren't I [seeing results?] I don't get it'," she said. "You know, you just got to do it – sad, like anything else in life!"
