A long-time favourite designer of the Princess of Wales, which she wore just two weeks ago, has announced a big change going forward.
Princess Kate has favoured a handful of luxury brands over the years, but Temperley London has remained a go-to of hers for more than a decade. The royal first wore the designer in December 2010 to a charity dinner following her engagement to Prince William.
After nearly 16 years of wearing the brand, Kate's beloved fashion house has found new leadership following the exit of founder Alice Temperley earlier this month. Temperley London, founded in 2000, is starting a fresh chapter with Morgaine McGee as Chief Executive Officer and Jack Isenberg, who has worked for renowned fashion houses like Versace, Valentino and most recently Tom Ford, as Design Director.

"The brand has created timeless pieces, beautifully created to celebrate women and the moments that shape their lives. I am aware of that history, what people expect of the brand and will work to ensure that continues."
Jack shared he was drawn to the fashion house's "commitment to craft". He explained: "The embroidery, the finishing. These are things that can only be done by people who know how. It has been great to start working with the talented team here and continuing to bring the quality and craftsmanship that women across the world have come to expect from Temperley London."
A decade-long relationship
Since first wearing a black and cream Temperley London dress to the Christmas Spectacular In Aid of Teenager Cancer Trust event in 2010, Princess Kate has worn a number of striking dresses by the designer for formal occasions.
On October 10, 2017, the royal looked ever so chic at a charity reception for the Heads Together mental health campaign at Buckingham Palace in a blue lace midi dress. She wore another lace Temperley London dress, this time in green, to the National Portrait Gallery gala in March 2017.

Kate's latest Temperley London look
The Princess of Wales once again selected a Temperley dress for a recent polo appearance on 10 July. The royal cheered on her husband, Prince William, at his charity polo match at the Guards Polo Club in Windsor wearing a gorgeous black and white gingham frock.
