Boogie Nights star Mark Wahlberg and his model girlfriend Rhea Durham are celebrating the birth of their daughter, Ella Rae, in Los Angeles last Tuesday.
The 32-year-old actor, who was once known for his bachelor ways, recently said he was ready to take it easy and settle down. "I've stopped going out," he said, as he prepared to welcome his first born. "It was the right time for me. I have 13 nieces and nephews, and all of my friends and family have children."
And it seems he has found the perfect match in 24-year-old Rhea, a covergirl and Victoria's Secret runway model he began dating in 2001.
"Before, I had been going out with people who were upset if we didn't go out to a premiere and get photographed," he said. "(Rhea) is the person I was looking for. I can trust her in ways I can't trust myself."
However, at this time Mark and Rhea, who have split at least once during their two-year on-off relationship, have no plans to tie the knot. "We don't want to throw a big party for everyone else," he explains. "We want to make sure that we're going to make it first."
