Matrix Revolutions debut makes perfect date night

The highly-anticipated premiere of the final instalment of the Matrix trilogy in Los Angeles on Monday night brought some picture perfect Tinseltown couples on to the red carpet.

It seems that Hollywood husbands were the dates of choice, with Matrix Revolutions star Jada Pinkett Smith bringing her famous spouse, Will Smith, along for the ride. Co-star and new mum Carrie-Ann Moss enjoyed the flick with her other half, actor Stephen Roy, while Cindy Crawford was accompanied by her LA businessman husband Rande Gerber.

One single lady, recently-separated blonde bombshell Sharon Stone, put a twist on the theme, showing up on the arm of her soon-to-be on-screen hubby, French actor and Revolutions co-star Lambert Wilson. The pair, who play an evil husband and wife team in Halle Berry's upcoming comic book caper Catwoman, were looking cosy as they arrived wearing matching basic black.

But it wasn't just a night for couples. Man of the evening, Keanu Reeves, opted for a trio, arriving with his mum and sister Karina.
