The new season of The Voice kicked off on Monday night when new coach Kylie Minogue headed for dinner with fellow newbie Ricky Wilson and the show's original coaches Will.i.am and Tom Jones.The pop star joined the fellow famous faces for their first night out together at the Smoke bar and restaurant in Manchester's Malmaison Hotel.Kylie, 45, who had just flown in from Hong Kong for the occasion, looked cute and relaxed in a white top and black loose-fitting trousers.
