Jake Quickenden looks set to become a surprise addition to this year's I'm A Celebrity… line-up. The former X Factor hopeful has been spotted at a hotel in Australia just days after he was named favourite to make an unexpected arrival in the jungle alongside former MP Edwina Currie.
It's thought that the 26-year-old – the fifth act to leave the X Factor – will join celebrities including Melanie Sykes, Michael Buerk and Tinchy Stryder in the bush on Wednesday.

A spokesperson for the show confirmed the news, adding, "We're sorry to see Gemma go but respect her decision and wish her well."
