Robbie Williams has confirmed that he will be reuniting with his former Take That bandmates – but for one night only. The pop star will appear as a guest judge on the grande finale of Gary Barlow's show Let It Shine on February 25. Although ex-member Jason Orange will not be taking part, the 43-year-old will hit the stage for a one-off performance with Gary, Mark Owen and Howard Donald. Announcing the exciting news on Wednesday, Robbie said: "I'm looking forward to being back with Gary, Mark and Howard on Let It Shine and am excited to be a guest judge for the very special final."

STORY: Take That announce 22-arena tour

This comes three months after Robbie joined forces with his former band members at a special BRIT Awards gig in London. "Rob, whether you like it or not, you will always be a member of Take That," said Howard, as the foursome teamed up to sing Back for Good and The Flood. Robbie, who left the band in 1995 to pursue a solo career, was honoured with the BRITs Icon award; he is the third artist to have ever received it after David Bowie and Elton John.

Meanwhile, Robbie recently confessed he would love to rejoin Take That for the upcoming reunion tour, marking their 25th anniversary. The star admitted he was "really proud" of what his former group have achieved over the years. "I don't think it'll be next year but I think it'll be at some point... We'll wait and see when our paths collide," he told The Sun. When quizzed about Jason - who quit the band in 2014 - would return, Robbie admitted he wasn't sure. He continued: "This line of work is not for everybody and I don’t think [it's] for Jay, for whatever reasons."
