The Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, has revealed her secret to staying in shape while attending a garden party in New Delhi with Prince William, in honour of the Queen's upcoming 90th birthday. Although the 34-year-old has often showed off her sports skills, she admitted that when she's at home, it's her children Prince George and Princess Charlotte who help her keep fit and healthy.
