Rob Kardashian has remained notoriously quiet about his fitness regime in recent years, but now the 29-year-old has opened about his weight loss goals. The reality TV star took to Instagram to reveal how many pounds he plans to shed, as well as celebrating the progress he has already made.
Rob Kardashian has shared his weight loss goals
"Looking from where I started 298lbs to my current weight now 248.4lbs," he wrote to his 5.4 million followers, alongside a photo of him smiling with fiancée Blac Chyna. He then added that he is halfway through achieving his goal, but explained that he had "found my motivation" to reach his target.
He wrote: "I'm focused and determined to reach my goal weight 200-205lbs…. Happy I found my motivation."
Many fans quickly took to social media, noting that Blac herself could be the one motivating Rob - the 27-year-old has often been credited for his new diet and fitness routine.

Rob recently gave fans a sneak peek at his workouts, revealing that Blac has been helping him with his training. Kim Kardashian's younger brother posted a short video on Instagram in which he can be seen hitting the treadmill, captioning the image: "Chy is training me".
The couple appeared to announce their engagement at the beginning of April, when Blac posted a sweet photo of the pair, while proudly flashing a diamond ring on her wedding finger. "YES!...!...!" she simply captioned the snap. Adding further fuel to rumours, Blac's mum, Tokyo Toni, also appeared to comment on the snap, writing "Congrats baby!" as fans rushed to congratulate the couple.

Rob and Blac first started dating in January, and have been inseparable ever since. While he's stayed out of the spotlight in recent years, Rob has since returned to social media and been photographed out and about.
Mum Kris Jenner has previously spoken about her son's recent changes, and revealed he was working hard to "get healthy and get in shape".
"He feels so much better about himself (since they started dating)," she said during an appearance on Australia's The Kyle and Jackie O Show. "He is doing really, really well. He is trying to get healthy and get in shape and he is working on a couple of projects."
