Looking far younger than her years, Davina's toned physique was the envy of many of her followers.
"Body goals!! You look amazing," one wrote. Another commented: "I actually can't cope, you look amazing!"
It is not the first time the This Time Next Year presenter has proudly displayed the results of her fitness routine with fans. Posting another photo of herself in a bikini at the beginning of January, Davina explained that she wanted to show that working out works.
She also encouraged her fans by saying they don't need a personal trainer to get results while offering some words of advice.
In my "casually leaning against a pillar" pose . I'm posting all these pics of myself scantily dressed because I want to show you that working out works. Contrary to popular belief I don't work out with @edthept every day... on other days I'll train at home.. to myself. Have done for years. If you are nervous, don't be... just start... 10 min workouts... do what you can... build up gradually. That's what I did. I don't train all day...I've got a job , and a family... it's about balance. Yes, I want you to buy my DVD .... because it will change your life... working out has changed mine.... #never2old4abikini #30dayfatburn #neverthoughtidbepostingpicsofmyselfinakiniandfeelproud !!!

Davina has previously said that she got into fitness after having her children, and hoped she could be a role model to other women who are trying to get into shape.
"I want to look after myself as I want to show people a healthier way of living," she said on This Morning. "I live and breathe it and I do fluctuate, I put on weight and lose it again, I struggle with my weight like everyone else."
