Jacqueline Jossa paints her baby bump with boyfriend Dan Osborne

Jacqueline Jossa is currently on maternity leave ahead of the arrival of her first baby, and the 22-year-old decided to have some fun on Tuesday when she and boyfriend Dan Osborne painted her baby bump to look like a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg. The couple showed off the results of their fun afternoon with a series of pictures on Instagram.

"Our little kinder surprise," wrote Jacqueline alongside a picture of her painted baby bump.

The painting featured a baby's face poking its head out of the top of the egg, and wearing a pink bow in its hair.

Dan shared a similar picture from his own Instagram account which showed him smiling next to Jacqueline as she proudly cradled her baby bump.

Of course the gender of their baby will come as no surprise to fans, after TOWIE star Dan revealed that they are expecting a girl.

TOWIE star Dan also posted a picture of the couple together on Instagram

"Can't keep it a secret anymore. Me and @jacjossa are having a girl!" he captioned an instagram image, which showed the couple posing with the baby reveal cake that they had at their baby shower.

His girlfriend also celebrated her impending arrival with a pink-themed baby shower hosted by her friends and family.

The recent slew of fun pictures show that Dan and Jacqueline are closer than ever following months of speculation about their relationship. The couple faced rumours that they were on the verge of a break-up for months, much to the frustration of the EastEnders actress, who tweeted to deny the reports in December.

The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in August

The expectant parents also looked loved-up when they attended the National Television Awards together this month. Dan was seen placing a tender hand on his girlfriend's tummy while they shared loving looks on the red carpet.

Dan and Jacqueline announced in August they were expecting their first child together, saying they were "thrilled" by the news.
