Guests started arriving at the Westchester County retreat at 11 o'clock in the morning and stayed for an hour and a half. The luxurious venue, located less than an hour away from Manhattan, is home to a pool, two restaurants and eight rooms.
Blake Lively had an intimate baby shower in New York on Saturday
After the baby shower, a few guests went back to Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds' home to continue the celebrations.
The former Gossip Girl star hasn't shared any snaps from the private event and neither has Taylor, although the singer's most recent Instagram post is a birthday shout-out to Blake.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BLAKE!" Taylor wrote alongside a photo of the pair cuddling a koala. "You're a wonderful friend, to humans and koalas alike. I absolutely love you."
Taylor Swift made the guest list
The secrecy surrounding the event may come as a surprise to Blake's fans. During her first pregnancy, Blake happily uploaded a blog post on her now-closed lifestyle website Preserve, filled with photos from the outdoor celebration.
She wrote: "With a new baby on the way there is so much to do! But before experiencing the joy of 3am screams, seemingly impossible amounts of poop and having a favourite shirt covered in reflux... There are presents to open, onesies to dye, there is cake to serve, advice to be shared and all around celebration to be had."

Blake and Ryan have made no secret of their desire to expand their family. The couple, who share a 20-month-old daughter James, both come from large families.
"We'd love to have a big family. We both come from big families – my parents did four, Blake's did five," Ryan told Details magazine. "A lot of people say it's crazy, but we'll only know when we're there, you know?"
Blake and Ryan already have a 20-month-old daughter James
Blake also recently said that she and Ryan have no plans to move to LA in order to give James as much normality as possible.
"We want her to have a childhood like we had," Blake told Marie Claire. "So we can't really throw her into the lion's den that is LA, not that we really want to."
