Exciting times in the Oliver household! Jamie Oliver and his wife Jools' six-month-old son has reached an important milestone in the baby world – he can sit up all by himself! Jools shared a photo of her youngest son, River Rocket, proudly capturing the moment from behind. She posted the incredibly sweet photo on her Instagram page, simply captioning the image: "Cute." The doting mum regularly shares pictures of her family, in particular her beautiful baby boy.

Jamie, 41, and Jools welcomed their fifth child in August. The couple, who married 17 years ago, are also the parents of Poppy Honey, 14, Daisy Boo, 13, Petal Blossom, seven, and six-year-old Buddy Bear. Speaking exclusively to HELLO! Online about his family life, Jamie explained that he has a strict schedule. "Since Poppy was born, I just have to start at five, finish at ten at night, Monday to Friday," he said. "I have my structured holidays, my structured weekends, and I try to be a good boss and a good dad." Another tip on how to juggle work and play? "If you want to do lots of things well, surround yourself by amazing women, end of story!" he added.

Jamie has just recently opened a new restaurant – Barbecoa steakhouse – in Picadilly, London. His schedule shows no sign of slowing down, but Jamie admitted that it's always worth it when he completes a project he's passionate about. The chef's excitement at the restaurant launch was clear, as he was spotted excitedly showing friends around the venue – including This Morning host Phillip Schofield, who stepped out for the launch with his wife Stephanie.
