Made in Chelsea's Binky Felstead and Josh 'JP' Patterson made a joint appearance on This Morning on Monday to speak about their exciting baby news, and their rekindled romance. The on-off couple surprised fans when they announced Binky's pregnancy in an exclusive interview with HELLO! back in January. And this week they confirmed their romance was now back on track. "There's no secret we've had our ups and downs… we just happen to live ours out on camera," Binky, 26, told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield. "It can be quite difficult. I found out I was pregnant and we weren't together at the time. My mum was there and she messaged Josh because I was pretty shaken up and Josh came round immediately."

Of that moment, Josh said: "I can't describe the feeling… It's something I've never felt before or can describe. The main thing that came into my mind was to make sure this one [Binky] was ok. So it was irrelevant how I was. It was more get round there. There were no cameras, this was very private and personal." Of reuniting as a couple, he added: "It has taken a while. We discussed things and the most important thing was that we didn't get back together for the child, that's the worst possible thing you could do. You get back together because the love is there and the relationship is right. So it was a case of taking it slow… I think when a baby comes into the picture, you both grow up and you change together. And the changes in myself and Binks since finding out this news is what makes it so special."

Mum-to-be Binky discussed how the couple are preparing for the new arrival. "I do feel ready," she said. "The house has been renovated, the nursery is being planned and everything has been bought. It's really exciting." Josh added: "Binks and I are very blessed with the support we have had [from fans]… 90 per cent of the media attention we get is utter nonsense, which is a shame, and today – talking on this show – to give people who may watch an insight into the reality of our relationship. We are just very normal people. We are very private people, who go to the country – we are not really ones for the spotlight." Binky concluded: "I'm not nervous. I feel like we've been given a real gift and I'm just really excited to become a little family."
