If only we all had friends like Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham. The power couple are famously close to Selena Gomez.
Their closeness was evident in Nicola Peltz’s recent tribute to her friend. She shared a series of photos with her 2.8 million followers, with images showing the newlyweds sharing a fun behind the scenes moment with the 30-year-old Mexican-American actress with the caption, “celebrating our golden globe girlie ????? so proud of you @selenagomez I love you so much!”

The Only Murders in the Building star was nominated for the 80th Golden Globes in the category Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy. Ultimately she lost out to Quinta Brunson who won for her lead role in ABC workplace comedy Abbott Elementary.
One place where Selena emerged victorious however was in her outfit at the star studded event. On Tuesday night the Disney Channel alum donned one of the most extravagant dresses of the night. Selena was a vision in Valentino wearing a strapless black gown with the ultimate balloon sleeves. The deep plum tone added dramatic elegance, whilst her high ponytail upped the sophistication. Showcasing the only jewellery she donned with the look – a pair of diamond dangle earrings, a style which has recently been touted by the likes of the Princess of Wales and the Duchess of Sussex.

Selena was a vision in Valentino in the ultimate balloon sleeve gown
This isn’t the first time this year Selena has championed Valentino. Selena joined Nicola (we told you they were close) in Cabo ahead of the Peltz-Beckham’s NYE extravaganza, and shared photos of their matching looks. Selena Nicola twinned in silver sequin Valentino mini dresses.
In a series of photos posted on her personal Instagram Selena gushed over the custom Valentino looks that both she and Nicola wore saying, "Thank @maisonvalentino for me and my angel's dresses! Felt like a fairy!" the actress captioned her post.
