British actress Millie Bobby Brown just announced on Instagram that she is engaged to boyfriend Jake Bongiovi and yes, we feel old too.
The Stranger Things star shared an adorable image to announce the news. And although a proposal is more often a surprise occasion, making outfit planning basically impossible, Brown happened to be wearing the perfect outfit.

Though the Enola Holmes actress did not explicitly say “I’m engaged”, she uploaded a black and white image to her Instagram grid holding her partner Jake's arm with a dazzling diamond ring on her wedding finger with the caption: “I've loved you three summers now, honey, I want 'em all”.

"It appears to be like a halo engagement ring," says jewellery expert and head diamond buyer at Steven Stone, Robert Stephens. "It could be round, princess or cushion. Halo's are very popular, great way to add additional sparkle to a design. Carat weight I would say between 1.5 – 2.5ct depending on shape."

The 19-year-old and Jake – the son of international megastar Jon Bon Jovi – are rumoured to have been dating since 2021, and it’s the ultimate Gen-Z love story.
