Princess Beatrice's interior designer husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, runs a successful, multi-million-pound business, Banda Property. His brand Instagram is kept up to date with swanky projects from the UK and abroad. On Monday morning, the team posted a snapshot of a beautifully designed guest room at a recent residences project they've worked on.

The elegantly styled space is painted in an earthy olive-green hue, contrasting against a statement wooden and white headboard. Beside the bed, there's a unique sculpted lamp with a wavy base and up against the wall there's a dressing table with a mirror and an armchair on the other side of the room.

The post included six photographs, and the caption read: "Guest bedroom #1. Designed as a relaxed suite for guests to retreat to after an evening of gathering and entertaining, the room has a softer, more cocooning feel. Deep green walls and a crafted headboard add depth and character, while lighter furnishings keep the space calm and inviting."

The final two slides show the bathroom area, which is a cream and gold design, creating a sophisticated feel. The room features luxurious his-and-hers sinks and a spacious walk-in shower with an on-trend shower niche.

Love hearts and fire emojis were left in the comments section, indicating adoration for this wonderful design.

Banda'a projects are always impressive

At the start of the month, the team shared a different glimpse into their residence project at OWO London - a regal-looking dining room with a statement light and a carefully curated sideboard. Fans applauded the design, using words like "Awesome," "Stunning" and "Divine" in the comments. One user even wrote: "A breathtaking vision that touches the deepest chambers of the soul."

Edoardo's design ethos

In the past, Edoardo has summarised the ethos of his brand. Writing: "We strive to create spaces that express calm and offer a serene respite, especially working within some of the world’s most hectic cities and capitals," Edoardo says. The Banda look takes the slightly rustic edges you find in a country home and reimagines them into a luxe yet liveable urban space.

"We believe a home should be a sanctuary, meticulously curated to balance beauty and functionality. Our philosophy centres on crafting environments that inspire tranquillity while also embracing the vibrancy of their surrounding context."
