Princess Charlene seemed to be in her element during her latest engagement as the royal was seen cooing over a tiny baby during a visit to Monaco's City Hall.
A ceremony was held on Wednesday to celebrate Monaco having 10,000 citizens, with the milestone number being met thanks to the birth of a young girl, Anna, who was born back in June. During the service, Charlene and Prince Albert met the newborn, alongside her parents and siblings.
Although her own twin children have been growing up fast, Charlene hadn't lost any of her skills with babies, as she was seen playing with the young girl, who was dressed in a white babygrow. The royal was seen holding Anna in the air, while also holding and kissing the tot's hands.
In other images, Charlene couldn't hide her joy at meeting the youngster, flashing the biggest smile at her.
Charlene looked magical at the event, wearing a white dress with a muted floral design, finishing off the look with a pair of nude heels.
A caption from the Palace said: "Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene attended, this Wednesday, September 30, the reception organised in honor of the 10,000th Monégasque, which was held at Monaco City Hall.
"This figure, highly symbolic, testifies to the remarkable evolution of the national community, which, despite the size of the territory, tripled in a few decades. The Monégasques have been thus, for several years, the first community of the Principality.
"This reception took place in the presence of the family of the young Monégasque named Anna, born last June, whose birth allowed the Principality to reach this historic milestone."

Charlene's maternal instincts
Last month, Charlene showed off just how caring a royal mum she is as she joined her twin children, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, 11, on an engagement.

The family was visiting Les Baux-de-Provence in France, which has long been associated with the Monaco royal family. Jacques, who is the heir to the throne, was presented with keys to the city, following in the footsteps of his father, who went through the same ceremony back in 1982.
