Casa Havana rooftop pop-up at Skylounge

The gorgeous rooftop bar atop the Doubletree by Hilton, Tower of London, has been given a Cuban makeover! This summer, the rooftop bar has partnered with Havana club Rum to give the bar a twist – allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed Cuban feel (complete with themed cocktails and dishes) to feel like they're on holiday right in London.

This new seafood restaurant in Highbury and Islington focuses of the less known fish dishes (hence the name), giving its guests delicious dishes that they may never have heard of before. For example, the menu includes kipper carbonara, chargrilled gurnard and potted clams. It is the perfect chance for seafood lovers to try something new.

Not only is the food and service great, the restaurant has a wonderful aesthetic of aqua blues and greens with driftwood adorning the tables, and couldn't be more perfectly suited to the restaurant's unique theme.
