The newly-single star is said to have bought a loft apartment in an environmentally-conscious boutique building in Tribeca, the area where Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Lawrence and Harry Styles all own properties.
However rather than buying in the old converted book bindery building that has attracted a number of famous faces including Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Diane has bought a two-bedroom apartment in a residential building that features amenities such as an on-site gym, communal lounge and a discreet "virtual doorman" that provides keyed-elevator entry to the south and north-facing apartment.
Inside she can enjoy peace and privacy in the 1,943 square foot apartment which has 11-foot high ceilings and interiors made with locally-sourced materials. Click through the gallery to see inside her new home!

Diane's new expansive living/ dining room has three oversized windows offering views out into the trendy Manhattan neighbourhood of Tribeca. Reclaimed oak flooring runs throughout, while an original brick wall serves as a focal piece of the entire room, which has huge 11-foot high ceilings. With a neutral décor and interesting design details, it's no wonder the actress was captivated by this apartment.
The custom and compact kitchen is made from all locally-sourced materials, with wooden panelling, state-of-the-art appliances, and a centre island that provides more surface space for cooking and can also serve as a breakfast bar for Diane and any guests she may have, with room for four stools.
The master suite has two oversized windows and a light, neutral colour scheme so it will be easy for Diane to put her own stamp on the property. As well as having a luxurious en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom also has a walk-in-wardrobe, which will be ideal for Diane when she's getting glammed up for the red carpet.
This smaller room in the actress' new home could be used as an office, a guest bedroom or simply another space for Diane to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Much like the rest of the property, this room has high ceilings and oversized windows.
This huge en-suite bathroom is the ideal pampering space for Diane, who often attends high profile red carpet events and premieres. As well as a large bathtub and wet room, the marble-lined room has a double sink and gold taps and fixtures for a luxurious finishing touch.
