Melania Trump made a striking appearance alongside her husband, President Donald Trump, as he celebrated his 80th birthday during an extraordinary UFC event held on the grounds of the White House on Sunday.
The First Lady joined the birthday celebrations at UFC Freedom 250, where thousands of fight fans gathered for one of the most anticipated cards in the promotion's history, transforming the South Lawn into a unique sporting arena.
For the occasion, Melania opted for a sophisticated all-black ensemble, wearing a fitted sleeveless dress paired with a structured leather jacket draped elegantly over her shoulders.
The former model wore her honey-blonde hair in loose waves and accessorised with a delicate cross necklace as she arrived alongside a uniformed servicemember.
Her polished appearance drew attention as she took her place among senior members of the administration, family members and VIP guests gathered for the historic event.
The evening doubled as a birthday celebration for the President, who marked his 80th birthday surrounded by family, friends and political allies.
Donald arrived to considerable fanfare, greeted by a chorus of trumpets before making his way onto the South Lawn alongside UFC president Dana White.
The patriotic atmosphere continued with a performance of The Star-Spangled Banner by the Zac Brown Band, followed by a dramatic 12-jet flyover overhead.
At one point, Donald and Melania were photographed sharing a warm exchange courtside as guests prepared for the night's main card.
As has become customary at major UFC events attended by the President, several members of the Trump family were also present.
Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump joined their father for the festivities, while Eric offered followers a behind-the-scenes look at the remarkable setup from atop the White House roof.
The aerial footage revealed the specially constructed arena beneath a giant lighting and production structure known as "The Claw," which dominated the event space.
The guest list reflected both the sporting significance of the event and its political prominence.
Senior administration figures including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick were all in attendance.
Among those photographed with the President and First Lady was Dana White, whose close friendship with Donald has become increasingly visible over the years.
Also present were NHL stars and brothers Matthew and Brady Tkachuk, along with several current and former UFC champions.
The event proceeded after organisers received final approval despite earlier concerns about weather conditions in the Washington, D.C. area, including forecasts of thunderstorms and lightning.
As darkness fell over the White House grounds, thousands of spectators watched the action unfold beneath bright lights and giant video screens, creating a spectacle unlike anything previously staged at the presidential residence.
For Donald, however, the evening represented more than just a landmark sporting event. With Melania by his side and family members gathered around him, UFC Freedom 250 also served as an unforgettable way to celebrate his milestone 80th birthday.
