Kelly Ripa just proved that she's always had the most stylish swimwear agenda. The ABC star took to Instagram on June 16 to post a special tribute to her daughter Lola Consuelos on her 25th birthday.
In the video montage, fans caught a glimpse of a rare throwback bikini photo of Kelly. The snap showed the television star wearing a black bikini top paired with a matching striped swim skirt in a monochrome palette. Kelly cradled Lola, who was just a baby at the time, in her arms while the infant was wrapped snugly in a towel.
Kelly's blonde locks were left down in a sleek, straight style and blew in the breeze across her face. She accessorized with a pair of oversized sunglasses.
"Happy birthday to the love of our lives @theyoungestyung! Lola, you make every day a party," Kelly penned in the caption.
Kelly Ripa's workout routine
Kelly has maintained her sculpted figure throughout the decades. Her personal trainer of over 14 years, Anna Kaiser, previously spoke to us about her personalized fitness routine for the star.
"She usually works out six days a week," Anna said. "Even when she travels, she'll do the workouts virtually if she needs to. Everyone knows that is her hour, morning or evening, she gets 45 minutes in and that is her time."
"My workouts are interval based," Anna said about her vibrant fitness classes. "The focus of the workout is strength and then I add elements of cardio, dance and power to elevate and make the strength training more effective."
"She never cancels and she's let everyone know in her life that, that is her time," Anna explained of Kelly. "It has been the same for 14 years. Even if she's had no sleep, she still shows up. If she's exhausted, she still shows up and then we decide how and what we do that day."
Jimmy Coco, celebrity fake tanner and founder of his bronzing range Sunless by Jimmy Coco, also spoke to us about how Kelly fits her beauty routine around working out. He revealed that the spray tan appointment has to be carefully scheduled around the television star’s strict workout regime.
"We're always trying to tan her around her workout routine. OK, she's going to be working out at this time. When should we tan? Her workouts are really important to her."
You may assume the spray tan comes after Kelly's sweat session, but it turns out it's the opposite. "We do it way before so that she can shower and then do her workout," shares Jimmy.
