Travis Kelce finally confirmed that he and his wife, Taylor Swift, have expanded their family, nearly two months after their $20 million July 3 wedding.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 36, broke his silence and revealed that he and Taylor, also 36, are now proud dog parents to an adorable white Samoyed.
Fans got a glimpse of the fluffy pooch when the couple was spotted touching down at the President Donald J. Trump International Airport in Palm Beach, Florida, on July 12.
However, neither Taylor nor Travis has publicly spoken about their new addition – until now.
Travis is the star of a new Tommy Hilfiger campaign, but he isn't the only one in the spotlight; the couple's pet pooch is too.
In photos shared on Instagram, Travis and the white Samoyed sit on a striped lounger at The Plaza Hotel in NYC.
© Lachlan Bailey/Tommy HilfigerIn an accompanying interview with Vogue published on Tuesday, September 1, the magazine noted that the "Hilfiger creative team had been talking about casting a canine for the campaign when Kelce volunteered the one that he shares with Taylor Swift."
"We figured, why not her? She crushed it and actually really fit into that Tommy aesthetic, too," Travis gushed about his dog's fashion debut. "Those are some of my favorite shots."
While he didn't share any other details about his and Taylor's dog, he did add: "She lights up my day."
© Getty ImagesTravis and Taylor are believed to have welcomed their new addition around Christmas 2024, with his brother Jason revealing last February it was a tricky adjustment for Travis.
Jason appeared on the Fitz & Whit podcast and explained how his brother had bought new luxury Italian furniture for his home. "He had these couches, and they were like green velvet. Like over-the-top couches. And I go, and I'm like dude—I'm not gonna say the dollar amount—but I’m like dude, what are these couches?" he said.
"I came back maybe six months after that, I come back and one of the couches is like pushed up against the wall. I'm like, 'Why did you move the couch?'"
© Getty ImagesThe former Philadelphia Eagles player then recalled how Travis revealed to him the back of his destroyed sofa. "He goes, and he pulls the couch back. He had just got a puppy. The puppy had chewed a hole in the back of it!" Jason added, laughing.
Despite her beau being a firm dog lover, Taylor owns three cats, Meredith, Olivia, and Benjamin Button.
The "Cruel Summer" singer has been open about her close bond with her fur babies. In an interview with Time Magazine, she said: "The most influential factor in my life is cats. I have cats; I'm obsessed with them. They're just a real joy to live with."
