Shakira may have been promoting her collaboration with Colombian rapper Maluma, but her never-ending legs and 'naked' dress stole the show.

The 49-year-old shared the artwork for the duo's single, "Agua," on Instagram, but fans couldn't take their eyes off her see-through white lace mini dress that exposed her tiny waist.

Shakira stood tall in sky-high platform heels that made her toned legs look endlessly long, with her blonde hair falling to her waist in its signature waves.

Maluma only had eyes for her, too, and although he exposed his ripped chest in an unbuttoned shirt, Shakira stole the focus.

It's not surprising that Shakira looks so good; the singer works out three to four times a week and even more if she's preparing to go on tour.

Shakira's diet and exercise routine

Her longtime personal trainer, Anna Kaiser, previously shared insight into her health and fitness routine, revealing that Shakira alternates between strength training and cardio.

"Some days we do just cardio and then strength, and some days we start with strength and then do cardio. We like to mix it up," she told E! News.

"I want to make sure that she is improving her endurance so that she can go into a two-hour show and also has the strength and stamina to make it through a five-month tour. It's about making sure she gets a little bit of everything," she explained.

Revealing how the singer maintains her toned tummy, Anna said she "loves core work," which includes twisted crunches, standing march with weighted crunch, and a side cincher.

Another trick Shakira uses is a heart rate monitor, which she wears "religiously" to help her know when she can push herself harder.

"A heart rate monitor is very important because every day is different," Anna said. "Sometimes you may have a ton of energy, and other days you may not, but you can hold yourself accountable for knowing how hard you're working by having a very specific goal to work toward."

She added: "Sometimes you'll think you're lifting some very heavy weight, but you'll realize your heart isn't actually working that hard, so you can push yourself a little bit harder."

As for her diet, Shakira has protein "in every meal," with Anna using creative ways to incorporate it into her food.

Shakira eats plenty of protein

"We did some protein shakes, protein pancakes, and I would peel a couple of oranges and slice them up and top them with turmeric and cinnamon. It is pretty much about making it fun and different and also the presentation," she continued.

Shakira also makes sure to eat small meals every two to three hours. "She's so busy she has to keep her energy up," Anna said.

"[She eats] all throughout the day – really healthy, clean food so her body can absorb the nutrition as much as possible."

Those meals typically include eggs for breakfast, a smoothie for lunch, and then fish and vegetables or a salad for dinner.

She also finds creative ways to indulge Shakira's sweet tooth. "It doesn't have to be something big; it can just be something different every day," she added.

"For example, we would do a cacao-topped rice cake or half of a protein bar, or I got her some chocolate tea, which kind of feels like a treat with some dehydrated fruit."
