Halle Berry has been spotted with her 12-year-old son, Maceo, for the first time since her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, made explosive claims that she had "physically abused" their child.

The actress was seen walking into a Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Los Angeles on Sunday alongside her fiancé, Van Hunt, and Maceo.

Halle appeared relaxed in a black spaghetti-strap top, baggy green cargo pants and a cream-colored fedora, while Maceo opted for a white graphic tee and black shorts paired with Crocs and socks, and Van Hunt wore a black graphic tee and baggy blue jeans.

Halle was seen chatting with her son before he went to play indoor soccer at the venue while she watched on.

The outing comes amid a contentious time for the family, after Olivier requested sole custody of Maceo and was granted a temporary restraining order against her.

Olivier, whom Halle was married to from 2013 to 2015, claimed in his filing that the 60-year-old "physically abused our son, Maceo, by jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck, and choking him," amid an alleged fight about his virtual reality headset.

The French actor claimed that Van Hunt was also present during the incident. He also alleged that Maceo texted him asking to be picked up from Halle's house, and that incidents of this nature had occurred in the past.

The mother of two has since been limited to seeing Maceo on Mondays and Tuesdays between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. The judge has allowed contact to continue between Halle and Maceo despite Olivier's efforts.

Halle's attorney, Marina Beck, told HELLO! that the allegations against the Catwoman star were "entirely meritless".

"To say this filing is entirely meritless and deliberately misleading would be an understatement. There is voluminous evidence, including numerous judicial rulings, that Olivier Martinez repeatedly violated court orders and interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry's minor son Maceo – misconduct for which Mr Martinez has already been legally sanctioned," she said.

The actress claimed that Olivier had a history of "erratic, possessive and violent behavior"

"In a way, today's filing is not entirely unexpected from an individual with a well-documented history of erratic, possessive and violent behavior. Fortunately, Halle is used to this kind of outrageous conduct from Mr Martinez and, while she is deeply saddened, she will not allow it to deter her from fighting for Maceo's best interests and providing him with the love and support he needs."

Halle and Olivier settled their custody battle in August 2023 and agreed to a 50/50 split, before she requested primary custody in 2024, claiming that her ex-husband "refused to co-parent and communicate with me in a child-centered way".

She also alleged that Olivier had "been oppositional and unmovable on all major issues relating to Maceo", including his educational and behavioral needs. She currently pays Olivier $8,000 a month in child support.
