Michael Strahan celebrated his twin daughters' 22nd birthdays, with twice the joy on October 28.
Sophia and Isabella may always be daddy's little girls, but they've grown up into women that the Good Morning America host couldn't be more "proud" of.
The TV star shared a heartwarming carousel on social media featuring adorable then and now pictures of the two.
The before featured the sister duo rocking the same pink tank tops while Michael embraced them at home. The now photo featured the duo during a day out together in matching black outfits.
Other pictures in the set included the twins attending the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports 2014 carpet by dad's side, the twins being dressed to the nines for a night out, and wholesome dinners and walks with dad by their side.
Michael captioned the sweet post: "Happy 22nd birthday @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! Love you both more than you know. So proud to be your dad." Sophia lovingly commented: "Love you so much dad."
Michael's not the only one celebrating their special day, as his fans flocked to the comments to do the same.
One person wrote: "Such cuties! Turned into beautiful young women." A second follower added: "So gorgeous x2." A third fan continued: "What a beautiful family!! Gorgeous girls!!! Happy birthday!!!"
When his little girls turned 21 last year, Michael was in disbelief and shared on social media: "Someone tell me how these two are 21?!?! Where has time gone?! Happy birthday @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! Love you both more than an Instagram post can ever say! LOL."
The former football player welcomed the duo with his ex-wife Jean Muggli in 2004, and they split time between their mom's home in North Dakota and farm in North Carolina, before their parents got divorced while they were still little.
Michael reflected on that challenging period, expressing to People: "It wasn't like, 'Okay, we split, now I'm gonna write a check and send it to your mom every month, and Daddy will see you down the road.' I'm not operating like that. Getting divorced is probably one of the toughest things I've ever gone through, but I learned a lot about myself."
Looking out for the duo made Michael fearless, as he explained: "When you're a single father with four-month-old kids, and you gotta be with them all the time, it taught me that there's nothing to be afraid of."
He concluded: "I can do it. I look back on that as one of the most fulfilling times of my life. And I look at my kids now and it makes me happy because I know it paid off in my relationship with them."
Michael also welcomed Tanita and Michael Jr. with his first wife Wanda Hutchins. He most recently welcomed a baby girl, whose name remains unknown, with his current girlfriend Kayla Quick this year.
