But there's no doubt who the Australian beauty's real life leading man is.

Keith Urban stared adoringly at his wife as she captivated Cannes at the premiere of her film The Paperboy.

Her cascading, backless Lanvin gown and breathtaking presence may have had something to do with that.

The couple – who have two daughters Sunday Rose, three, and Faith, who is one – looked more in love than ever.

 

 

And the French Riviera also provided a romantic backdrop to another loved up couple.  

Nicole's co-star Matthew McConaughey was joined by his stunning Brazilian fiancée Camila Alves.

In December 2011, the 42-year-old actor made a festive proposal to the woman he describes as "the love of my life".

He and the Latin beauty have a son Levi, who was born in 2008. Daughter Vida made her debut in 2010.
