Miley Cyrus's Bangerz tour bus exploded in flames

18 MARCH 2014 Miley Cyrus has been on her Bangerz tour for a few weeks now but last night things, literally, went up in flames.

One of Miley’s tour buses burst into flames on its way to New Orleans for the pop star’s next stop.

Onlookers claimed it was due to a blown tyre.

Miley’s sister Noah took Instagram footage of the fire, before later tweeting: “Yes, everyone got out safe no one is injured what so ever!! Everything is okay!!”

The bus was completely destroyed and Noah tweeted that they were staying in a local hotel after the night of drama.

Miley has been making headlines for her raunchy stage show, as reports that parents have been complaining of her on-stage antics which include twerking and touching herself.

The 21-year-old has been shocking the world since last year when she unveiled a new haircut and a new sound.

Miley has also been unafraid to try new looks, sporting bleached eyebrows late in 2013 on an Instagram post with Miranda Kerr.

But many, including Kylie Minogue, have praised Miley.

The Voice coach Kylie, who has been in the music industry for 26 years, said she respected "unapologetic" women like Miley and Rihanna, adding that she thought Miley had been made a "scape goat".

Britney Spears also defended Miley, as the two former Disney stars struck up a friendship during filming of Miley’s documentary, Miley: The Movement.

"I remember that age when I was just transferring into my career and, like, doing more controversial things and the energy that you feel and all this chaos that goes on," Britney told Mario Lopez, before adding: "She is on fire right now, she's just a ball full of energy."

After splitting from her boyfriend of several years Liam Hemsworth in 2013, Miley has since been linked to Oscar winning actor Jared Leto, 42, Twilight star Kellan Lutz, and laughed off rumours that she was engaged to Justin Bieber.
