Made in Chelsea stars head to Sloane Square to do Ice Bucket Challenge

21 AUGUST 2014

Made in Chelsea's Stevie Johnson added a touch of class to his Ice Bucket Challenge by going through the ordeal in London's Sloane Square.

The reality TV star was joined by his friends Lucy Watson and Spencer Matthews to fulfil the challenge, which had been passed onto him by their co-star Oliver Proudlock.

"I'm pretty much naked, this is very much Sloane Square," Stevie is heard saying in a video he posted to his 304,000 Instagram followers. "Hit it Spence."

"Refreshing, refreshing," he says after Spencer chucks the bucket over him, while Lucy is heard giggling in the background.

The brunette beauty and HELLO! Online blogger, 23, meanwhile shared her views on the new charity craze, which aims to raise money to find a cure for motor neurone disease.

Will Prince Harry and Europe's royals take on the ALS challenge?

"I am all for charities working towards finding cures for diseases, but not if their methods are outdated, ineffective & cruel to animals," wrote Lucy, a vegetarian and animal-lover, on her Twitter page.

She also retweeted a post by Pamela Anderson, which shows the Baywatch actress posing in a swimsuit and holding up a sign that reads "Stop animal testing!"

"Sorry - I can't bring myself to do your Ice bucket challenge," wrote Pamela alongside the snap. "I enjoy a good dare - It's always good to bring awareness - in fun, creative ways / I don't want to take away from that."

"I thought Instead / I'd challenge ALS to stop animal testing," she added, before going into the details of the methods used on animals.

Jamie Laing completed the Ice Bucket Challenge while on holiday

Stevie was not the only Made in Chelsea star to accept the challenge. Candy Kittens founder Jamie Laing went through his own splash while on holiday with friends in Italy.
