Dannii Minogue joins sister Kylie on stage at Royal Albert Hall Christmas concert

Kylie Minogue brought the house down when she performed at the Royal Albert Hall on Friday evening. The singer transformed the iconic concert hall into a big festive party when she sang songs from her new album, A Kylie Christmas.The 47-year-old put on a highly energised set intertwining some of her classic songs with her new tunes from the Christmas album. The Can’t Get You Out Of My Head singer showed of her slim and toned figure in many different outfits including a small sparkly tutu and vest top.

Giving the audience a special treat Kylie brought out her surprise guest, Dannii Minogue to sing alongside her. The two laughed and smiled as they sang through Christmas classics such as Winter Wonderland as well as debuting their new duet 100 degrees. Talking about their decision to collaborate Kylie said, "obviously we get asked all the time ‘when are you going to do this? And we used to say that we weren’t worried because we knew an opportunity would come along and that it’d be the right time.""It just happened to be the time and I wanted to have a song on the Christmas album that talked about the hear, as an Aussie I thought I cannot have a Christmas album that doesn’t mention the blazing hot summer. So it was the perfect song to do with my sister," she added.

Also opening up about the opportunity to perform at the Royal Albert Hall the singer said that it’s "dream come true" for her and that she couldn’t "wait to share a night of joy and celebration with everyone." This one-off gig came at the perfect time for the breast cancer survivor as she is currently promoting her festive album in the UK before jetting off to Australia in a few days to perform on the country’s X Factor.
