Despite giving birth less than a week ago, Kim Kardashian is already keen to get her pre-pregnancy body back. "She's already looking ahead to when she can exercise again," a source told US Weekly. "She really wants to get back into shape. It's important to her."

In a bid to ping back into shape, the reality TV queen reportedly banned visitors from bringing sweets to her hospital suite, where she is currently recovering with her daughter. "She told everyone not to bring sweets – she said she doesn't need any temptations," revealed another insider. Instead, she has received "over 30 bouquets from loved ones." Just before giving birth, Kim hinted at her desire to regain her pre-pregnancy figure, posting a bikini snap on Instagram with the caption, "Can't wait to go back".

During her pregnancy, Kim worked closely with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson. But she is said to be considering hiring Gunnar Peterson for some extra help. Gunnar is the man behind Khloe Kardashian's recent 25 lb weight loss. Meanwhile, it has been reported that Kim and her boyfriend Kanye West are keen to marry soon. "They'll start planning their next project, a wedding, sooner rather than later," a source told People. "He definitely wants to marry her, he hasn't left her side." Kanye is said to be "in love" with his baby, and is already showing great parenting skills. "He doesn't leave the room," said reality TV star Larsa Pippen, a close friend of Kim. "He's, like, in love with the baby. It's so cute." Kanye rushed to be with Kim when she went into premature labour in about the 37th week of her pregnancy. She had a natural birth and delivered on Saturday, and it has since been reported that the early delivery could have been triggered from pre-eclampsia, a medical condition marked by high blood pressure. Kim's blood pressure was said to be "skyrocketing" with "the baby in distress," according to US Weekly. She will no doubt be resting and taking extra precautions over the next couple of weeks, as advised by her doctor. "For the next two weeks, Kim wants Kanye around 24/7," a source told the magazine. "Kim is a bit freaked out, but the baby's breathing is fine."
