Blackcurrant smoothie

Get the morning off to a great start – and get well on the way to your five-a-day – with this delicious drink

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 100g/4oz fresh or frozen blackcurrants
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 200ml/7fl oz apple juice
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt

Whizz all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve straight away.
