Bloody Mary

Ingredients
  • 100ml good quality vodka, chilled
  • 300ml good quality tomato juice, chilled
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 2 celery sticks
  • Pinch celery salt
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Plenty of freshly ground black pepper
  • Few dashes (maybe 6-8) Worcestershire sauce
  • Few dashes Tabasco – or lots if you like it hot!

Method

Mix all ingredients except for celery in a cocktail shake and mix thoroughly with plenty of ice.

Strain into glasses over lots more ice and serve with a celery stick as garnish.
